Welcome to Spyrob. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Spyrob, operated by Robert Daoud. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our website and Services (collectively “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms govern your access to our Services, your purchases, and your rights and responsibilities. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Account

By using Spyrob Services, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or assign your account or login credentials to any other party. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including email, billing, and shipping details. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity may result in termination of your account and legal action.

Section 2 – Our Products and Digital Content

Spyrob offers digital editing packs, resources, and related services. All products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, resolution, or outputs will meet your expectations due to device or software variations. All purchases are licensed for personal use only unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell products without authorization. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including copyright infringement claims.

Section 3 – Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Spyrob. An order is considered accepted only once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or approved third-party gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges, and to promptly update your payment information if it changes.

Section 4 – Refund Policy

All purchases from Spyrob are eligible for a refund within 30 days, subject to conditions. Refunds are granted only if the product has not been shared, copied, distributed, or misused. Any evidence of unauthorized resale, redistribution, or public posting of digital products will void the refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Customers must contact Spyrob via email (spyrob.contact@gmail.com to request a refund and provide proof of purchase.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

While Spyrob primarily offers digital products delivered electronically, any physical products or bundled items will be shipped via a third-party carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs, carrier delays, or technical issues. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once products are delivered or made available for download.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on Spyrob, including trademarks, logos, images, graphics, text, videos, audio, and product designs, is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use our digital products only according to the license granted at purchase. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, or public display constitutes infringement. Any feedback or content submitted to Spyrob grants a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute for any purpose, including commercial use.

Section 7 – Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use Spyrob Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, copying or reselling digital products, uploading malicious code, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in harassment or abusive behavior. Spyrob reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

Section 8 – Third-Party Services and Links

Spyrob Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or legality of third-party websites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and any transactions or interactions with them are separate from Spyrob.

Section 9 – User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to Spyrob, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Spyrob may use, reproduce, modify, and distribute this content without restriction. You are responsible for any content you submit, and Spyrob disclaims liability for user-generated content.

Section 10 – Privacy

All personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with Shopify or other service providers strictly to deliver Services, process payments, and improve customer experience. We implement technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information, but no system is completely secure.

Section 11 – Digital Product Protection

Spyrob reserves the right to implement digital rights management (DRM), watermarks, or other protective measures on digital products. Attempting to bypass security features, share licenses, or distribute products without authorization may result in termination of your access and legal action. Customers may only modify products for personal use; any derivative works sold commercially without a license is prohibited.

Section 12 – Errors and Omissions

Spyrob makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and other content, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, modify product descriptions, adjust prices, or cancel orders at our discretion. Customers will be notified promptly when corrections affect purchases.

Section 13 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyrob and its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or failure to deliver expected results from digital products. You assume all risk associated with the use of our products and Services.

Section 14 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spyrob, Shopify, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, unauthorized distribution, or violation of applicable laws. Spyrob reserves the right to control defense and settlement of any claim at your expense.

Section 15 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Spyrob is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that location.

Section 16 – Termination

Spyrob may suspend or terminate your account, access, or Services at any time, with or without cause, including suspected violations of these Terms. Termination does not release you from obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment or indemnification responsibilities.

Spyrob reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.
